Eric D. Wanger
Wanger OmniWeath
President and Chief Executive Officer

Eric D. Wanger is the President and
Chief Executive Officer of Wanger
Investment Management, Inc. and
serves as the Portfolio Manager of the
Wanger Long Term Opportunity
Strategy.

Prior to founding Wanger Investment
Management, Mr. Wanger was a
senior investment analyst at
Barrington Research Associates
(Chicago) covering technology and
business services. Prior to that, Mr.
Wanger was a software,
communications, and technology
analyst for the Edgewater Funds, a
private equity/venture capital firm with
over $1 billion under management.

Before joining Edgewater funds in
2000, Mr. Wanger worked in Silicon
Valley providing consulting, training,
and software development to
early-stage firms. Between 1991 and
1996, Mr. Wanger was a principal
consultant at EDW, Ltd, a firm he
founded to provide software
development, training in rapid
software development techniques
(NeXT), and systems interoperability
consulting services for large
multi-vendor and distributed computer
networks. EDW's clients included
such companies as Fannie Mae, MCI,
Swiss Bank Corp (UBS), Chrysler,
Merrill Lynch, Apple Computer,
Stanford University, and The Acorn
Funds.
Between 1986 and 1991, Mr. Wanger
served as President of Cornerstone
Information Systems, Inc. a systems
integrator he founded in Chicago
specializing in design, support,
integration, and training for office
automation, accounting systems, and
networking.

Mr. Wanger received his J.D. from
Stanford Law School and is a member
of the California Bar. He was
co-founder and managing editor of the
Stanford Technology Law Review. Mr.
Wanger holds a B.S. in Mathematics
from the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign and is a
Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Wanger and his wife live in
Chicago with their three children. He
enjoys classical and jazz piano, hiking
and aviation. He is an instrument
rated private pilot. Mr. Wanger serves
as a trustee for the Acorn Foundation.
Donald W. Hodges
Hodges Capital Management
Chairman

Donald W. Hodges began his
investment career with Merrill Lynch in
1960.  In 1974 he joined Rauscher
Pierce Refsnes (now Dain Rauscher)
ranks as broker, manager, executive
vice president, becoming President of
Rauscher in 1983.

In 1981, Registered Rep magazine
named Don one of the top 20 brokers
in the USA.

In 1989, Don and his son, Craig
Hodges, founded First Dallas
Securities and Hodges Capital
Management, an advisory firm, where
Don serves as Chairman, and Craig
as President.

Don Hodges is co-manager with his
son Craig, of the Hodges Fund and
Hodges Small Cap Fund, which were
launched in 1992 and 2007,
respectively.  In 2009, three new funds
were launched – a Blue Chip fund,
Equity Income fund and a Pure
Contrarian fund.

Don Hodges is active in the
community and his church, and
serves on several boards throughout
the state.

Steven R. Purvis, CFA
Luther King Capital Management
Principal, VP and Portfolio Manager

Mr. Purvis is a Principal, Vice-
President and Portfolio Manager.  He
has twenty-five years experience in the
investment industry and has been with
Luther King Capital Management
since 1996.  Steve’s primary
responsibility is lead manager for the
LKCM Small Cap and SMID Cap
Equity strategies.  This includes
several mutual funds, our Socially
Responsible Investing portfolios, as
well as the firm’s separate Small and
SMID Cap institutional portfolios.
Combined, total assets are
approximately $2.0 billion.  As a
portfolio manager, Steve interacts
closely with the entire investment staff
regarding the investment process,
evaluation of investment ideas, and
the monitoring and review of existing
holdings.  In addition to portfolio
management, Steve is also active in
new business presentations and
ongoing client communications.

Prior to joining LKCM, Steve spent
three years as Vice President, Senior
Analyst with Roulston Research
Corporation and seven years with
Waddell & Reed, Inc. as a research
analyst, an economic analyst and
portfolio assistant.  

Educational background includes a
Bachelor of Science Business
Administration from University of
Missouri and a Master of Business
Administration from the University of
Missouri, Kansas City, both with a
concentration in finance.  Mr. Purvis
serves as a board member for two
private companies; an industrial
company and a for-profit education
company. Currently, he is a member
of the University of Missouri Faculty
Advisory Board and the CFA Society of
Dallas/Fort Worth.
Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney & Strauss
Managing Director

Mr. McClure joined Barrow, Hanley,
Mewhinney & Strauss in July 1995 from
Goldman Sachs Asset Management,
where he had been a vice president and
senior portfolio manager, managing the
Capital Growth Fund, as well as
separate accounts.

During his 38-year investment career,
James has served as the Chief
Investment Officer, and then President
and Chief Operating Officer at National
Securities and Research Corporation.
He also served as the Chief Investment
Officer and executive vice president at
Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. He managed
mutual funds at American Capital
Management and Research and was
initially a securities analyst at American
National Insurance Company. Mr.
McClure graduated from the University
of Texas where he earned both his BA
and MBA.
